Refund & Exchange Policy

I no longer am accepting order pick ups.

RETURNS
Because items are made to order, currently there are no refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you are taking the time to read the item description before placing an order.

I will not refund/exchange for incorrect sizes, so please be sure to check the size charts of each item.

EXCHANGES
I will only allow exchanges/replacement in the event the product you received is damaged/wrong upon arrival.

1. Contact me within 5 business days from the date the tracking shows it was delivered:

2. Please be prepared to provide photos as I will be asking for them to help in order to provide a replacement.

This can take me 1-3 business days to process. Please be patient during this process.

CANCELLATION
I will allow cancellation if you message me within ONE hour from the date and time of your purchase. I try my best to fulfill these orders as soon as they come in so you can get them sooner. And also because some orders are customized, once they are sent into production, I cannot cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.
