Shipping & Delivery
Currently, I am only processing and shipping orders within the United States.
** IMPORTANT REGARDING CHRISTMAS DELIVERY **
At this time, if you are expecting your order to arrive in time for Christmas, I cannot guarantee that. Items can take 5-7 business days to process and 5-8 business days to deliver. With the holidays coming up, delivery couriers will be busy, which may cause some delays with shipping and delivering. After the item has been fulfilled and handed over to the courier, I cannot guarantee that your item(s) will arrive in time for the specified time.

PROCESSING
Once you have placed your order, it will take 2-8 business days for processing.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order has been processed, you should receive an email with the tracking details.
Standard shipping is 3-7 business days. Please consider that delivery times may be impacted due to the holidays, especially during Christmas.
Once your order has been been shipped, I do not have control or full visibility on the order shipment.

I will try my best to assist but cannot guarantee anything on behalf of the couriers. Again, I do not have any control once the order has been shipped.
Please allow 1-2 business days for me to respond to your email.
The status on the tracking number shows it was delivered, however I did not receive it. What should I do?
Please check your mailbox, front door and its surroundings to ensure it didn't get misplaced. Also, try checking with your neighbors as it's possible it may have been delivered or left with them. It's also possible that couriers may scan/mark the package as delivered when it actually hasn't been delivered yet.
After two business days, if the package is still missing, please reach out to me via message and we can work together to file a claim.
Please note in the event that the tracking shows it was delivered to the correct address, I cannot be responsible if the package is missing or stolen. I will work with you to file a claim since most packages are insured. In this case, I cannot offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
